a. Items of Personal Information Collected The Company collects the following personal information for purposes such as online consultation (quotation requests, service requests) and service consultation (A/S inquiries):

  • Name, mobile phone number, email address, service usage records, access logs, and access IP information.

b. Methods of Collection The Company collects personal information through the following method:

  • Customer support inquiries.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company utilizes the collected personal information for the following purposes: a. Fulfillment of Service Contracts

  • Provision of services and content.

  • Development of new services, provision of customized services, statistical analysis for service optimization and advertising, verification of service validity, provision of event and promotional information, analysis of access frequency, and statistics on user service usage.

3. Retention and Use Period of Collected Personal Information

The retention period for personal information is 5 years.

4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:

a. Destruction Procedures

  • Personal information is not used for any purpose other than its intended retention, except as required by law.

b. Destruction Methods

  • Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

  • Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that prevent the recovery of records.

5. Sharing and Provision of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information only within the scope specified for collection and use and does not disclose or provide it to third parties beyond this scope. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When the user has provided prior consent for the provision or sharing of information to a third party.

  • When required by legal provisions, or when requested by investigative agencies in accordance with the procedures and methods stipulated by law for investigation purposes.

6. Installation/Operation and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

Nicecool does not use "cookies," which store and periodically retrieve information about users.

Furthermore, if you have suffered financial or mental damages due to personal information infringement, you may apply for remedy to the KISA Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee.
